Is There A Difference Between Wedding Favours & Gifts For The Guests

Yours lessons have been of great help to me and my partner. I didn't know where to start and which way to go but you have shade some light.
 
I have a few questions thou;
Just to make sure, they is no difference between wedding favours and gifts for the guests,
Please send me a list of themes and examples of personalised favours (especially for budgeted weddings). Sorry cant really say or approximate the amount.

I also need advice on evening weddings, suggested theme favours the type of deco and cake. Again on a  evening traditional wedding meaning with traditional decor the likes of using dried flowers to fresh ones.
